Rachel K’s Bakery is located on Market St. in a renovated historical building built in 1884 which once was Washington’s town hall. All of their desserts are made from scratch onsite! They have a relaxing seating area outside on the street where you can just sit and watch the world go by. But if you’re looking for a cool treat – Scoops Ice Cream is the place to go! A downtown Washington staple, Scoops has hand-dipped Hershey’s Ice cream, milkshakes, specialty ice cream treats, and more!
